New Animal Adoptions!

It's an annual tradition in my classroom to adopt endangered animals through WWF of Canada You can read all about it by clicking here.  This year,  my students learned about and adopted a sea turtle, a grey wolf and a snow leopard.  It took less than a week for our kit to arrive and the kids were so excited!  This was the perfect occasion to spend an hour at the computer lab, researching fun facts about these three animals.  We've even influenced another class to do the same and they'll be adopting a polar bear very soon!  If you'd like to find out more,  please visit the World Wildlife Fund webpage by clicking here.

The newest additions to our classroom: a snow leopard, a grey wolf and a sea turtle!
